SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped free across the UK with no minimum spend.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your SUNMERE order.
If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To start a return, email us at support@sunmerewellness.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately.
